Fred Rasuli is the Founder and CEO of Turlock Sports Park and TSP Afterschool Programs, serving thousands of students annually across the school distr4icts and at the Turlock Sports Park youth sports facility. With over 14 years of experience in youth development, program operations, and community partnerships, Fred has built scalable, high-impact programs that integrate sports, enrichment, and social-emotional learning. His work focuses on creating engaging environments that support the whole child while helping school districts meet their expanded learning goals.
